My experience with Dr. Libby was obviously an exception, and I definitely took it personally. I needed a full mouth renovation due to lifelong extensive wear, tear and grinding. This was to be a combination of full dental crowns with one implant. My treatment started with Dr. Libby ordering me a $5k Snap-on smile to check for the new bite. With the initial set, the upper arch did not fit well and had to be redone. Dr. Libby misunderstood what I said about changing colors (I meant for the final product, not the replacement arch), so the new arch came back a different color and didn't match the bottom. She refused to fix it, saying I had told her I wanted it whiter, taking no responsibility for having misunderstood what I said. Furthermore, while the new upper arch did fit better, it did not fit well with the bottom arch and I could not function with them in my mouth, period: I could not close my teeth together without pain, I couldn't eat, they affected my speech and I drooled. For $5k, and Snap-on Smile's own marketing, I expected to be able to actually wear and use them, however, Dr. Libby did not seem to care that they didn't fit, refused to fix them, and insisted I wear them (e

What an amazing Dr and staff. I had heard of Dr Libby through the Dental School and am a nursing care provider for a person whom I’ve worked with for years. Dr Libby and the staff have been so knowledgeable and helpful and I really enjoy watching them work with such skill, knowledge and thoughtfulness on the person I care for. It’s such a great relief. Thank you to the Dr and the staff for helping in such a complicated case and giving such wonderful care.

Dr. Maureen Libby is a wonderful, caring doctor! I had been in pain for four days before I finally was referred to her. She was able to see me immediately, found the issue, and relieved my pain very quickly. Her staff, Alex, Leah, and Melissa, are also wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Libby!

Dr. Libby is amazing! I’ve had an issue (since having tongue cancer 4 years ago) with a recurring sore on my tongue. She has painstakingly worked with me and my ENT oncologist (Nathan Hales) to perfect a night guard as well as an appliance for daytime to help alleviate the problem. She is patient and REALLY listens. Her staff is amazing as well. Can’t say enough good things. So rare nowadays to find someone who really cares!!

Dr. Libby was recommended to us by our family dentist for an issue my 86 year old mother was having with her dentures. She, as well as her staff were very attentive and patient with my mother, explained everything to her in detail, and fixed a problem my mother has had for many years in one visit. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of her services.

Dr. Libby is INCREDIBLE!! My insurance is no longer "in-network" with Dr. Libby's practice, but the trust I have in her is totally worth the extra money. She is reassuring, competent, confident and her bedside manner is impeccable. She is even willing to adjust a mouth guard that I bought online (which was NOT the best idea), just make sure that my mouth and teeth are comfortable. She's the very best, I highly recommend this practice , especially Dr. Libby. Thank you!! Katie Haney
